How does it work?
Invite your employees to join the mentorship journey and support job seekers in their career paths. Through the hybrid format of Mentor’IN Brussels, each mentor has the opportunity to build a trusting relationship with a mentee while strengthening connections and team spirit within your organization. A positive impact for your employees and for the community!
Two 1.5-hour meetings per month for each mentor
Maximum duration of 6 months per pair
